Stephen smashed his personal best 5K time tonight when he ran a 17:42 at the Bainbridge Memorial Day 5K Night Race. Stephen's previous best was 18:18. His time was good enough for 2nd place overall and 1st in his age group. The winner of the race was Wakulla High rising senior Stanley Linton who ran a 17:04. Stephen was followed by Bainbridge High rising senior Davie Reynolds who ran an 18:20. Stephen's PR came just 10 1/2 hours after he ran an 18:28 5K in Valdosta.You can view all of the results here.
