Monticello, Florida Melon Run 5K

Stephen ran in the 33rd Annual Melon Run 5K in Monticello, Florida today. He finished 1st in his age group and 3rd Overall (18:36). Stephen ran the same race last year in a time of 20:40. Sammy Palmer, a former college cross country runner, won the race in a time of 16:38. You can see all the race results here. The watermelon flowed like wine.
