GISA AA 3200 Meter Championship

Stephen ran his fastest 3200 meter ever today. Perfect timing considering it was the State Championship Meet. He finished 5th with a time of 11:09.19. His 11:09.19 is 19 seconds faster than the state qualifying time of 11:28 he ran at Regionals. He seems to run a lot faster times in the bigger races.
